Every candidate who applies with MS Medical undergoes a thorough screening process before starting work for any of our customers. These screenings are customized for each customer and include background checks, drug testing, social security verifications, reference checks, and skill assessment testing.

MS Medical contract labor employees are paid weekly. In addition to payroll we handle all employee taxes, worker’s compensation, benefit administration, human resource needs, unemployment claims, etc. leaving our customers free to focus on running their companies.

Comprehensive Staffing Choices

Temporary Jobs- Jobs intended to last a short time and the employee understands they will not be hired permanently.

Temp-to Hire- These jobs afford both your company and an aspiring employee the opportunity to review each other over a predetermined amount of time before a decision is made by either party to move forward in the hiring process.

Direct Hire- This is a search-based process where your company and MS Medical have agreed upon a fee for us to find and deliver candidates to you for your interviewing/hiring process; typically a percentage of the candidate’s predetermined first year’s salary.

Payrolling- We offer your company the opportunity to send people to us that you intend to hire on a Temporary or Temp-to-Hire basis. These employees work for MS Medical until your company has evaluated them and decided to hire them and bring the employee on your payroll. During the payrolling period, the employee’s pay, workers’ compensation insurance, benefits administration, and human resource needs fall under the direction and responsibility of MS Medical.
